Roya is a Moroccan and Oaxacan inspired creative home built for the people who shoot, style, and create for a living. Warm earth tones, lime washed walls, arched doorways, hand picked textures, and a tropical backyard that turns golden in late afternoon. Multiple distinct vignettes under one roof, no two corners alike.
This is not a studio. It is a soulful, design forward home in a quiet residential pocket minutes from the Design District and Wynwood, built from the ground up to photograph beautifully and host smoothly.

A few things to know:
Roya sits in a residential neighborhood, so we host creative work and intimate gatherings only. No loud music after 10 PM, no parties, hard cap of 35 guests. We are intentionally selective so the space stays beautiful for the next creator who walks through the door.
Most of our bookings are repeat creatives, photographers booking back to back portrait sessions, brand teams flying in, and small dinners hosted by people who care about how a room feels. If that sounds like you, we would love to host your next project.

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult
Host rules
• Hard cap of 35 guests, no exceptions
• Bookings must reflect the activity selected at booking. If your shoot becomes a gathering, please rebook accordingly
• Please treat every room, surface, and prop with care. This is a styled home, not a studio
• Move furniture only if needed for your shoot, and return it to its original placement before checkout
• No confetti, glitter, smoke machines, fog, haze, open flame, or anything that stains, sheds, or lingers
• No adhesives, tape, nails, or anything that marks walls without prior approval
• Property is monitored by a front-facing security camera for safety and accountability
Sound and neighbors:
• Roya is in a residential pocket. Please keep voices and music at a respectful level
• No amplified music outdoors at any time
• All sound, including indoor music, must be off by 10 PM
• Miami Dade noise ordinance applies after 11 PM and we strictly enforce it
What is not allowed:
• No parties, ragers, or social events disguised as shoots
• No DJs, sound systems, or subwoofers without prior written approval
• No smoking inside the property
• No pets without prior approval
• No overnight stays. This is an hourly rental only
