Rules of the space

Host rules

All bookings must be approved in advance and are subject to the agreed rental time, use of space, and production or event details provided at the time of booking. Setup and breakdown must take place within the reserved booking window unless additional time has been approved and paid for in advance.

Guests are expected to respect the space, staff, neighbors, and surrounding community at all times. No smoking is allowed inside the venue. Smoking may only take place in approved outdoor areas, if permitted by management. Outside food, beverages, vendors, alcohol, merchandise sales, or product sampling must be disclosed and approved before the booking. Chung’s reserves the right to restrict any outside sales or vendors that conflict with the bar, juice, slushie, or in-house offerings.

All music, DJs, amplified sound, performances, filming, photography, branding, decorations, and production setups must be approved in advance. Sound levels must remain within reasonable limits and may be adjusted by management at any time. No nails, screws, permanent adhesives, confetti, glitter, open flames, smoke machines, fog machines, hazardous materials, or messy materials are allowed without written approval.

The client is responsible for all guests, crew, vendors, equipment, conduct, cleanup, and any damages caused during the booking. The space must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, overtime, or unauthorized use of the space may result in additional charges.

Capacity, parking, load-in, equipment use, courtyard access, and bar service must be confirmed before the booking. All guests and vendors must follow the instructions of Chung’s management and staff. Chung’s reserves the right to end any booking early without refund if the event becomes unsafe, disruptive, unauthorized, or in violation of the agreed terms.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
