General Rules:
To ensure a professional, safe, and creative environment for everyone, all clients and guests must follow these studio guidelines:
1. Reservations and Time Usage
-The session begins and ends at the scheduled time.
-Overtime is subject to additional charges and availability.
2. Respect for the Space
-Handle all equipment, furniture, and props with care.
-Any damage caused during the session will be charged accordingly.
3. Cleanliness
-Leave the space in the same condition as you found it and dispose of trash in the designated bins.
4. Use of Equipment
-Immediately report any technical issues to staff.
-Do not disconnect or configure equipment without permission.
5. Noise and Conduct
-Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
-Respect other clients and ongoing sessions at all times.
6. Guests and Capacity
-The number of attendees must not exceed the agreed-upon capacity.
-The client making the reservation is responsible for all guests and their behavior.
7. Safety
-Follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
-Hazardous materials, smoking, and illegal substances are not permitted.
8. Cancellations and Date Changes
-Cancellations or changes must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe.
-Late cancellations may result in a fee or the loss of the deposit.
9. Liability
-Creare Miami is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
-Customers assume full responsibility for their equipment and materials.
10. Compliance
-Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the session without the right to a refund.
