This industrial production studio features a cyclorama wall for photography, video production, advertising shoots, and branded content.
Pre-rigged overhead lighting trees allow production teams to position continuous lighting without using floor stands. The studio also provides high-capacity power, fast Wi-Fi, and a private dressing and makeup area.
Wide double doors provide ground-floor access for bringing in cameras, lighting, grip equipment, and larger production gear. The studio operates on a bring-your-own-equipment basis.

Welcome to Suite 200! Please ensure your production crew or meeting team reviews these rules before your session:
Booking & Overtime
Setup & Teardown: Your booked hours must cover load-in, setup, cleanup, and teardown.
Overtime Fees: Staying more than 15 minutes past your scheduled end time will result in automatic platform overtime billing at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
Space Care & Cleanliness
Cyc Wall Protection: No hard-soled shoes, boots, or heavy equipment are allowed directly on the cyclorama curve. All light stands, C-stands, and tripods must have rubber feet or tennis balls installed to protect the studio floor.
Wall Care: No drilling, nailing, heavy tape, or painting on warehouse walls or overhead lighting trees without prior written approval from management.
Trash Disposal: Place all trash in the provided studio bins. Large commercial shoots generating excessive waste must use the onsite dumpster or may incur a $50 cleanup fee.
Prohibited Activities
No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside Suite 200 and the warehouse building. Please use designated outdoor areas.
No Pyrotechnics: Open flames, sparks, pyrotechnics, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Special Effects: Glitter, fake blood, paint, smoke machines, or liquids on the cyc wall or rehearsal floor require written approval before your shoot.
Logistics & Staffing
Equipment Policy: Suite 200 operates as a "Bring Your Own Gear" studio. Please ensure your crew brings all necessary microphones, XLR cables, audio interfaces, camera lenses, and other production equipment.
Onsite Attendant: A studio attendant will be present during your booking to assist with general facility navigation, logistics, and power access.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
KLF Pro Entertainment Studios is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
