Prices
To ensure the space remains immaculate for all clients, we charge a $75 cleaning fee, which guarantees that the venue is always in pristine condition for your event or photoshoot. Additionally, we offer specialized services to enhance your experience. If you're organizing a photoshoot, consider hiring our onsite pose coach, who can help you achieve the perfect shots. For events, you can also hire an assistant to help with logistics, setup, and overall event management. Both services are available at an additional cost.

Booking & Time Management:
Booking Time: All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. Please ensure that your event starts and ends within the booked time.
Overtime: Any time spent in the space beyond the booked hours will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Cleanup: Please remove all personal items and decorations before leaving. Basic cleaning is included, but excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Respect for the Space:
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the space or equipment.
Furniture: Please do not drag furniture across the floor. If you need to rearrange furniture, lift it with care and return it to its original location.
Noise & Neighbor Consideration:
Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a reasonable level.
Respect for Neighbors: Be mindful of our neighbors and avoid loitering outside the space before or after your event.
Event Size & Capacity:
Maximum Capacity: Please adhere to the maximum capacity limit as specified in your booking. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the event.
Additional Guests: Any additional guests beyond the agreed number must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.
Prohibited Activities:
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
No Illegal Activities: The space must not be used for any illegal activities or events that violate local laws.
Additional Services:
Pose Coach & Event Assistant: Additional services like a pose coach for photoshoots or an event assistant must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. These services are available at an additional cost.
