Our studio is brimming with amenities tailored to enhance your filming experience - think two bathrooms, a cozy Background holding room, a versatile conference space ideal for readings, a private office for two, and an inviting podcast room that effortlessly blends harmony and functionality to ensure your project flows seamlessly.

1. Renters must be over 18 years old.
2. The studio must be returned to its original condition; report any damages promptly.
3. No parties, smoking, vaping, drugs, or illegal substances allowed.
4. Studio use must be approved; equipment should be returned after use.
5. Bookings must be for the specified time; extensions require approval.
6. No pets without prior consent; messy materials, open flames, or fire hazards are not permitted.
7. Personal belongings must be cleared after the rental period.
8. Food and drinks allowed only in designated areas.
9. Renters responsible for permits, insurance, and liability coverage.
10. Adherence to local laws and regulations is mandatory.
11. ACHI Studios may terminate rentals for non-compliance.
12. Studio privacy and safety must be respected.
