About this space
Blush Luxury Venue offers 1,400 sq. ft. of event space for up to 85 guests. The room has 30-foot industrial ceilings, two crystal chandeliers, hardwood floors, and uplighting for evening events.
The space comes furnished with glass tables, leather chairs, a tufted grey couch with a chaise lounge, and two movable 8-foot mirrors. There’s also a 65-inch TV, Blu-ray player, speakers for music, and a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, freezer, microwave, and counter space.

Please take a moment to get comfortable in the space.
Glass tables are already arranged for you.
Please do NOT move the glass tables (they are heavy and sensitive)
You may move other furniture as needed.
Extra folding chairs, tables, and high tops are available.
Uplights are located in the four corners of the room.
Simply plug them in and adjust lighting to your preference.
You may play music on the TV or kiosk if desired.

Closing:
Before you leave, Please remove everything you brought into the venue.
Leave balloons and decor up — no need to remove them.
Clean up any food or drink spills from tables and floors.
Take out all garbage including bathroom trash.
Place trash in the outside dumpster.
Please check the parking lot for any trash as well.
Set AC to AUTO and 78° and take a photo of the thermostat.
Turn off all lights, uplights, and TV and kiosk.
Bring any furniture from outside back inside.
Lock the venue door.
Drop the key back through the mail slot.
