Modern private event venue in North Miami Beach accommodating up to 100 guest. The space features a stage, full-service bar, premium sound system, customizable LED lighting, and flexible seating options depending on your event type. Perfect for birthday parties, corporate meetings, networking events, baby showers, live music, karaoke, photo shoots, and private celebrations. Free parking for 50+ vehicles including the front and rear.
Our dedicated event space includes bar top tables and stools, couches, stage, PA system with LED RGB lights, television screen for projection of presentations and more. It has an independent entrance from the street level and a bar serving area inside the event room for the privacy and enjoyment of your guest.
Our venue also offers the versatility of using our catering menu posted on our site or you can bring your own catering. We also offer drink packages including pay as you go or all you can drink package for private parties.

Option 1 - All you can Drink
• $15/person/hour – House Liquor Package
• $24/person/hour – Level I Package
• $35/person/hour – Premium Package
Includes: one dedicated bartender, unlimited alcoholic beverages for guests 21+, 4-hour minimum reservation, and 10-person minimum. Not a required add on, however no outside liquor is allowed.
Option 2 - Pay as you go Bar. No charge
Each person purchases their own liquor at the bar. Includes one dedicated bartender.
SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Refundable security deposits ranging from $300–$1,000 are required depending on the size and nature of the event. Deposits must be paid upon booking via cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Charges for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, personnel, unpaid balances, or policy violations may be deducted from the deposit.
SETUP, CLEANUP & BREAKDOWN
Renter is responsible for cleaning spills, removing hazards, and providing all setup and cleanup materials. At the conclusion of the event, the Renter must return furniture and decor to original locations, dispose of trash in rear dumpsters, leave the venue broom-swept, and remove all personal property the same night. A minimum $150 cleaning/restoration fee may be charged or deducted from the deposit if the venue is not returned in original condition.

Host rules
1. Rental Hours & Overtime
• Rental time includes setup, event, and cleanup.
• Weekend bookings require a 4-hour minimum.
• No unloading or early access before your reserved time.
• Same-day extensions are subject to availability and billed at 1.5× the hourly rate.
• All events must conclude by 4:00 AM.
2. Security Requirements
• Security is required for music, public, ticketed, or privately promoted events.
• Fee: $100 for the first 4 hours, plus $25 per additional hour.
• Security enforces: no weapons, no oversized bags, no outside alcohol or beverages, occupancy limits, and valid ID verification for alcohol service.
3. Capacity
• Indoor Event Room: Up to 90 guests.
• Patio: Up to 45 guests.
• Capacity includes all guests, vendors, performers, and staff and may not be exceeded.
4. Alcohol Policy
• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol must be purchased through Original Sin Tavern or a prepaid beverage package.
• Alcohol may only be served by venue-approved bartenders.
• No alcohol may be consumed by anyone under 21. Renters are responsible for complying with all Florida alcohol laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
• Selling alcohol without authorization.
• Exceeding occupancy limits.
• Smoking or cooking indoors.
• Food trucks, pets, illegal drugs, weapons, or oversized bags.
• Attaching decorations to walls, ceilings, lighting, or furniture.
• Moving venue furniture, artwork, sound equipment, lighting, or décor.
• Entering behind the bar or accessing storage areas.
• Drones, pyrotechnics, smoke or haze effects, foam, flooding, or any activity that creates a safety or liability risk.
6. Liability & Event Termination
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the event, removal from the property, forfeiture of payments and security deposit, and responsibility for any damages, fines, injuries, or legal claims arising from the event.
