Our restaurant receives daily fresh seafood deliveries from our fishery (BSC Fisheries), including stone crabs, Florida lobster, yellowtail snapper, and other seafood. In just 24 hours, you can savor delectable gourmet delicacies that have been flown directly from the Florida Keys to your plate.
We fish in nearby waters because our consumers should have the best seafood available. We run two fish shacks in the Florida Keys on Summerland Key and Marathon. Our fish houses get daily deliveries of stone crab, lobster, and fish from over 40 boats.
We do this by capturing it and selecting only the best for you. Purchase fresh goods to take with you or enjoy in our restaurant or market.
