Prices
The rental provides access to the main restaurant space, including the dining area, bar/lounge area, restrooms, and on-site parking. Parking is available directly in front of the building, with additional parking available in the open lot next to the venue for larger groups.
Any special requests outside standard use of the venue may require prior approval.
$150 Cleaning fee applies (for dry hire).

This venue is intended for private dinners, celebrations, networking events, and professional gatherings.
Large nightclub-style parties are not permitted.
Capacity
Guest count must remain within the approved capacity for the space. All bookings must include an accurate guest count when submitting a request.
Food & Beverage
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Food and beverage options may be available through the venue depending on the event type.
Outside catering requests must be approved in advance.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome but must be non-damaging.
The following are not permitted:
nails or screws in walls
confetti or glitter
open flames
smoke machines
anything that could damage furniture or floors
All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
Music
Background music is permitted. DJs or amplified sound systems must be approved prior to the event.
Volume must remain at a level appropriate for a restaurant environment.
Set Up & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown must occur within the booked time. Please include setup and cleanup time when making your reservation.
Respect for the Space
Guests are expected to treat the venue with care and respect. Any damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment may result in additional charges.
Filming & Photography
Photo and video shoots are allowed with prior approval. Production teams must provide details about equipment and crew size.
Cleaning
Basic cleanup is required at the end of the booking. Excessive mess or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.
Security / Event Approval
Certain event types may require additional approval. The host reserves the right to decline bookings that are not a good fit for the venue.
