Room features: Reliable Wi-Fi supports tethered capture and remote collaboration during production. Air conditioning maintains a stable environment for long sessions, and on-site storage plus full-length mirrors assist kit staging, wardrobe and makeup prep.

Prices
We offer packages with production add-ons:
● Production Supplies Package - $35 flat fee - folding tables (2–4), folding chairs (4-6), extension cords & power strips (4), trash bins with liners
● Craft Services Station – Basic – $75 flat fee (up to 10 people) - Keurig coffee & pod assortment, hot tea selection, lemon water & iced tea dispensers, fresh fruit bowl, granola bars, mixed nuts, pretzels, Vegan & gluten-free: KIND bars, hummus & veggies, air popped popcorn
● Craft Services Station – Stocked Upgrade – $7 per person (more craft services option available upon request) - adds refrigerated drinks, yogurt cups, cheese sticks, vegan energy bites, gluten-free cookies
● Cooler & Freezer Access – $10 flat fee - use of cooler and garage freezer for crew items
● Pre-Light / Pre-Rig Access (Day Before) – $50 flat fee (up to 2 hrs) - schedule advance rigging or lighting
● Fire Watch / Site Rep – $25 per hour (2hr min) - overnight gear monitoring by host
● Location Scout Walkthrough – Free (30 min) / $25 overage - schedule a brief visit prior to booking

Host rules
● The venue is available for ages 13+
● No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
● No pets allowed inside the home
● Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially after 8 PM
● No illegal activities or substances permitted on-site
● Please clean up after yourselves and leave the space as you found it
● Furniture and decor can be rearranged for filming but must be returned to original placement unless otherwise agreed
● Outside catering and craft services are allowed with prior approval
● Please do not move or tamper with security cameras or recording devices
● Trash must be disposed of properly in designated bins
● Parking only in driveway and on the street, do not block neighbors’ driveways
● No large-scale stunts, open flames, or hazardous materials without prior written permission
● Smoke machines are allowed
● Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
● Any damages must be reported immediately, additional fees may apply for repairs
