About this space
Our enclosed patio is temperature-controlled (HVAC), dog-friendly, and can open to the street when weather is nice. It seats 30 but up to 50 mingling.
It can also be opened to the main dining area for larger events. Furniture can be rearranged to accommodate your needs. It's the only temperature-controlled dog patio in DFW so perfect for a dog-related event!

Wonderful space! The rustic feel was perfect for my event. It was our own private oasis. We were able to move things around as we needed. There was plenty of seating. We didn't have to worry about interfering with other patrons and vice versa. Management was easy to work with and fast to respond.
No elevators....can't control that! That's me being particular. Most ladies had on heels and we don't anticipate stairs! :-) These are first world problems! Everything was wonderful!

Bob was so great and responsive. Compared to so many venues in the DFW area, he works with his clients and transparent from the start about policies and desires. He is affordable, the space is beautiful, and his staff cares and does their best to make sure you have a great experience. Plus, their coffee and toasts are delicious, my bridal shower was a complete success and now they will have us as regulars there.
The place is so popular that there will be frequent customers throughout the occasion so if you were needing something more intimidate this might not be the place for you. We had the upstairs private rooms and it was great for us. Our biggest gripe would be just the parking situation, we recommend guest car pooling.

We loved this venue! It’s right next to lower geenville which allowed us to walk to a few places after our event, has great parking, the food was great, and having access to the full drink menu during our time was the best. Could not recommend this place more for an event! We had a blast and they will be getting some new customers out of this.
