About this space

The Fran is an open-plan industrial event venue defined by generous natural light, high ceilings and polished concrete floors.

Design: The interior displays exposed timber trusses and a minimal, utilitarian fit-out. Modular furniture and clear sightlines divide distinct lounge, presentation and working zones while retaining an uncluttered, loft-like feel.

Features: A PA system and speakers are installed for announcements and music. The venue provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning, wheelchair access and accessible toilets, and guests may play their own music. Flexible furniture allows quick reconfiguration into lounge, presentation or workshop layouts.
