Kitchen & Patio is an Event Space in The Fran. The space links an indoor service area to a sheltered patio through large glazed openings that create direct indoor–outdoor flow.

Design: The interior pairs exposed black ceiling beams and industrial lighting with mixed wooden chairs, a striped rug and polished concrete flooring.
