Our event space welcomes between 10 and 60 guests. The venue comes fully equipped with:
- 98-inch display screen – ideal for presentations, screenings, and content shoots
- Dimmable cinematic lighting – easily adaptable to any atmosphere
- Premium sound system – great for DJ sets, music, and entertainment
The layout is flexible and can be tailored to your event, with on-site parking available for guests. Please note that catering is not provided.

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult
Host rules
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the venue or on venue property
No illegal drugs or illegal activity of any kind
No exceeding the maximum occupancy limit
No nails, screws, or drilling into walls
No confetti or glitter
No open flames without prior written approval
No decorations that permanently alter the space
All decorations must be removed before the rental period ends
All trash must be placed in designated bins and personal items removed
Guests must maintain a reasonable noise level to avoid disturbances to neighboring businesses
Renters are responsible for the behavior and conduct of all guests
Any damages to the venue will be the renter's financial responsibility
Overtime usage beyond the booked rental period will result in additional fees
The venue reserves the right to terminate any event that violates policies, without a refund
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
