• The host is responsible for all guest behavior and vendor compliance.
• Any damages to property, structures, landscaping, furniture, or fixtures will be billed to the client.

Insurance & Liability
• Event liability insurance may be required for certain events.
• If alcohol is served, a licensed bartender and appropriate insurance are required.
• Blooming Farms is not responsible for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or damages caused by guests or vendors.
• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blooming Farms LLC from claims arising from event activities.

Noise & Timing
• Events must conclude by the contracted end time.
• Amplified music must comply with local county noise ordinances.

Property Protection
• No fireworks, sky lanterns, glitter, confetti, rice, or open flames without approval.
• Candles must be enclosed.
• No nails, staples, tape, or permanent attachments to walls or structures.
• Guests must respect farm grounds and natural areas.

Cleanup
• Client is responsible for removing all décor and personal items.
• Additional cleaning fees apply if guidelines are not followed.

Weather Acknowledgment
• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Backup arrangements are the client’s responsibility unless included in package.
