All rentals require adherence to our house rules to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required for all events.
The space must be used in a respectful and responsible manner.
No smoking is permitted inside the building.
Guests are expected to follow posted safety guidelines and respect all indoor and outdoor areas.
Any furniture, equipment, or décor must be returned to its original location at the conclusion of the event.
Damage to the facility or grounds may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
All events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time.
These guidelines help us maintain our spaces for the benefit of all guests and future events.
