Rental fees are based on a five hours event time, with an additional hour for breakdown and three hours prior to start time for set up. Additional access time may be available at an hourly rate. Daytime rentals are to be cleared off premises by 2 pm. Any evening rental that extends past 12 am is subject to an hourly after midnight rate.
