Host rules

If there will be alcohol served at the event, the Client must agree to the following guidelines:

Alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. The Client must submit a copy of the Certificate of Insurance Liability naming Timbers to the Venue Manager 30 days prior to the event.
Excessive drinking/drunkenness is not permitted in Timbers. A Timbers Representative will address the issue with the contract holder prior to any action. If this behavior continues the guest will be asked to vacate the property.
The sale of alcohol or cash bars is prohibited when using outside bar vendors.

The Mill on Etowah is a NON-SMOKING property
