Our event space is versatile and can host up to 150 people for a standing occasion. We host all manner of events such as birthday parties, wedding parties, gigs, poetry readings, cinema nights, workshops and more!

Host rules
1. Payment Terms 1.1. All bookings for the event space must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
No booking will be confirmed without receipt of the full payment. 1.2. Payment methods are bank
transfer through an invoice or other methods specified by the venue management. 1.3. Failure to make
payment within the agreed timeline may result in the cancellation of the booking. 1.4. If the hire is based
on a minimum bar spend the hirer will be notified of their current balance one hour before their event
finishes, they will be expected to make up the remaining balance before the end of the event.
2. Booking Confirmation 2.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and
a confirmation email or receipt is issued by the venue management. 2.2. The hirer is responsible for
verifying the accuracy of the booking details upon receipt of confirmation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy 3.1. Cancellations made by the hirer more than 14 days before the
event date will be eligible for a 50% refund. 3.2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are
non-refundable. 3.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring the venue to cancel the
booking, a full refund will be issued to the hirer.
4. Usage Guidelines 4.1. The event space may only be used for the purpose agreed upon at the time of
booking. 4.2. The hirer must adhere to the agreed start and end times. Any additional time used will
incur extra charges. 4.3. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the event complies with all local laws
and regulations.
5. Alcohol & Drugs 5.1. The venue has a full license and only alcohol bought on site can be consumed
on site. If the venue management team discovers any persons drinking their own alcohol they will
automatically be asked to leave and the event may be stopped as a result of this. 5.2. The venue
operates a strict ‘Think 25’ policy if anyone underage is caught consuming alcohol they will be
automatically be asked to leave
