About this space
Approximately 2,500 sq ft.. Murals, artwork and design elements by local creatives bring the heritage building to life and give the venue its distinctive, eclectic feel.
Fully licensed and centred around its own speciality bar, Laceworks, the ground floor can comfortably host up to 120 guests for events. Laceworks focuses on independent producers, serving a curated selection of speciality wines and rotating craft beers from Nottingham’s own breweries, including Neon Raptor and Liquid Light. By day, the space is home to KAWFEE, a speciality coffee pop-up, before transitioning into the Laceworks bar in the evening.
The venue includes both indoor and outdoor areas, with a generous rear beer garden and an additional side courtyard. The courtyard is fitted with power access suitable for pop-up catering, food trucks, and event trailers. Guests can move fluidly between the indoor space, the garden and the courtyard.
