Host rules
- We permit 18th and 21st Birthdays,
- Standard times 7-11pm, a Late License cannot be purchased for an 18th or 21st
- A damage deposit of £125 is required, this will be returned the next working day providing there is no damage to the premises
- Room hire must be paid to secure the booking, with the rest of the balance due 2 weeks before your event
- Room comes standard with rectangular tables and chairs, if you have booked the Amble or Callerton suite these can be upgraded to round-clothed tables at £10 per table (Rounds are not available in Belsay Suite)
- Decorations - we do not allow anything to be stuck to the walls, however, we do allow banners on the windows, bar, and doors
- We have no restrictions on confetti
- We always do our utmost to let you into the room as early as possible to allow you to decorate, we will be able to provide you with an entry time when you confirm your final balance, as the room may be in use throughout the day
- The booking is only accepted on the understanding that a minimum of 40% attending will be responsible adults 25+
- The member booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests
