Room features: The venue provides a full-length mirrored wall for movement work, a PA system for music playback and on-site lighting equipment suitable for basic photo and video setups. Air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and wheelchair-accessible step-free guest access are provided to support longer sessions and accessible productions.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building
• Please respect your booking time– this includes setup and pack-down
• The space must be left in the condition it was found (clean and tidy)
• Any damage to the studio, mirrors, equipment or facilities will be charged accordingly
• No outdoor shoes on the dance floor– appropriate indoor footwear or bare feet only
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Hirers are responsible for the behaviour of their group and any guests
• Do not attach anything to walls, mirrors or fixtures without prior permission
• Lighting and equipment must be used responsibly and switched off after use
• Studio must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking
