The Hinterland Event Space presents a cosy, standalone space designed with creative, curated aesthetics. Its ambiance is set by the exposed brick, greenery aplenty, and a workable modular layout for either seated meetings of up to 40 or standing events for as many as 80.

The space comprises tables and chairs, high speed WiFi, and a projector, while staff will be at your disposal during the entire duration of your booking. A mini-stage provides an area for presentations, performances, or workshops.

The Back Room, a casual space where creativity and community lead the way, will welcome you through your team away day, exhibition, or sober celebration.

About Hinterland

Hinterland is a beautifully designed venue, brimming with greenery and charm, inside a distinctive industrial building in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Space for 40 seated or 80 standing. Ideal for workshops, exhibitions, sober parties, team days, and community events.

This one-room wonder comes packed with all the essentials inc. chairs, tables, Wi-Fi, a projector, and staff on-site to save the day.

Alcohol-free bar hire and in-house catering available. Please note: the venue is located down a flight of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.

Run as a not-for-profit community interest company with a queer-led team.
