The venue was great, everything worked, it was clean, paper pens etc were all set up, nothing was missing, wifi worked, staff were lovely, food was good, a very smooth operation, would definitely use again
Service on the first day was fab, second day I had feedback that some of the team felt it wasn't as attentive as the first day. I did notice that it was harder to find someone, but I think that's due to the fact we were nearer the kitchen the first day and on a different floor the second. It was a balance, the kitchen was a little noisy and distracting but easy to find people. I personally preferred the room on the second day as it was quieter and felt more exclusive.

The room was superb - if a little warm - but very comfortable and a great alternative to the standard spaces around Manchester. The service from KSTH, especially from Amy, was excellent - she couldn't have been more helpful.
Minor point but a little more paper and some pens would have helped.

- Friendly and Helpful staff, who checked on us regularly. - Food was adapted to our dietary requirements and preferences very well. - Room is conveniently close to the bar, yet fairly quiet despite the proximity.
- At least a dozen people barged into the room throughout the day believing it to be the bathroom. Could do with clearer signs.
