The team was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. The room is perfect for small gatherings, we had 4 toddlers that enjoyed it just as well and we enjoyed the room being contained.

Great space and lovely, helpful staff.
We asked for the pool table to be removed, as it wasn't shown in the photos but is usually in situ - there wouldn't have been enough space for our event with it in there

The communication with Ellie was pristine. I booked whilst in a different country so this was imperative to me. She helped with everything and even called me when it was needed. While on location her colleague showed the room to my friend which was very kind of them. When the day of my event arrived I went to see the room the day before and they really did their best to accommodate my requests and event needs. On the day everything went smoothly. The catering was impeccable and the room cosy and comfy. Lunch was a delicious delight and the staff did their best to help make it a luxurious and memorable experience for everyone involved. Thank you all once again.
The room had a pool table in its midst when I arrived on location, thank goodness I viewed it on the eve. We were told that this is part of the room and couldn’t be removed, however this was not communicated with me as when I booked the room there was no pool table.
