About this space

Our largest capacity room holding up to 204, with 3 wheelchair spaces, this is one of our most utilised rooms, particularly for conferences.
All on-site AV included this is the perfect room for your larger corporate presentation, Awards show, Product launch, even press releases or your new brand reveal.
This room also features a VIP Gold class seating section at the back of the Auditorium. This area opens up to a private Gallery bar and can be used as a completely private entrance to the Auditorium.

Event offers and packages

Conference - Venue hire, onsite AV equipment, staff (including dedicated event manager), test rehearsal and catering (breakfast, lunch & 2 mid session tea/coffee breaks.

Private Screening - Venue hire, hire of film title, staff (including dedicated event manager), microphone for introductory speech, use of screen for holding slide prior to film, water/sweets/popcorn for each guest on seats
Use of our Scene bar and all digital screens can be included in premium DDR packages
Min numbers of 100 for DDR Package pricing.

Includes - Up to 7 canape items per person for a 1 hour period, all equipment & staff to serve (canapes prepared freshly on-site)

About Vue Manchester Printworks

20 screens of top-notch audio-visual technology, catering and satellite capabilities, our newly refurbished Vue Manchester Printworks ticks all the boxes when it comes to picking a venue for business meetings and events. Think conferences, awards ceremonies, AGMs, presentations, seminars, training days, product launches, and of course, film parties and private screenings.

The recliner auditorium capacities range from 57 - 345 seats, including our incredible IMAX screen and all have cutting edge Sony 4K digital projectors and Dolby Digital Surround Sound, a very professional ready-made set up for your event. Make use of the reception area for registration and coffee, then take your delegates through to the auditorium of your choice for the main event, delivered with precision, and if it’s all part of the agenda, going out to multiple sites at the same time, or linking up with other Vue venues countrywide for satellite conferencing.

Roll out the red carpet, give your guests a glass of fizz on arrival in our private Scene Bar, have your own ‘paparazzi’ there, flashlights at the ready.
