About this space

A theatre with easy access by car or public transport. Free parking on site, and located 2 minutes from JCT 24 off the M60. The venue is a multi-function theatre with a café bar and 5 studios. The main theatre holds 138–200 seated, with 4 dressing rooms, stage lighting and sound, and a bar area. There's also extra space available to hire across 5 dance studios.

The space is used for a range of events. Regular bookings include dance shows, musical theatre, dance festivals, plays, live bands, and comedy gigs. It's also available for associate schemes — several have used the spaces over the years. TV and film clients have included BBC's Strictly, Sky's Got to Dance, and Britain's Got Talent, among others.

5 studios of varying sizes are available to hire. When the auditorium seating is retracted, the space holds up to 350 people standing, with seating for 74 on the upper-level mezzanine.

Costume hire is available — please contact us on theatre hire/info or by email. The auditorium is also available for fashion shoots, filming, and catwalk shows. For other event types, please call to discuss — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Backstage has 2 dressing rooms with seating for up to around 35 performers (approximately 20 in the large dressing room and 15 in the smaller one, depending on costume space). A long corridor runs off the changing rooms with direct access and space for hanging rails for costumes (provided on request). Additional dressing rooms are also available.

5 studios are available to hire. All are sprung with dance flooring and sound equipment. The studios can be used for multiple purposes.
