• Please respect other guests using the venue by keeping noise to an appropriate level in communal areas.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the building.
• No illegal drugs or illegal activity are permitted on the premises.
• Alcohol is only permitted with prior written agreement from Structure Wellness.
• The venue must be left in the same condition it was found. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their group during the booking.
• Furniture and equipment may be moved only with prior permission and must be returned to its original position before departure.
• Decorations, signage or displays must not be fixed to walls, ceilings or fixtures without prior approval.
• Emergency exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Please follow all instructions provided by Structure Wellness staff regarding health, safety and emergency procedures.
• External catering is permitted only with prior agreement.
• Respect neighbouring businesses and residents when arriving, departing and using the rooftop area.
• The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with these rules.
