The top floor of the building is a light and spacious room, suited for delivering training, meetings or hosting away days. A full digital screen and speaker system, allows people to show videos or link up with conferencing software.

This space has its own accessible washroom and refreshment facilities, allowing people to use the room undisturbed while activities take place across the building. The views overlook the ever changing Oxford Road, and our peaceful roof terrace which is accessible from the top floor.

• The Proud Place is a smoke-free and vape-free building.
• Please treat our spaces and equipment with care - any damage may result in an additional charge.
• No alcohol is permitted on the premises, this is a sober space.
• We ask that you leave the space as you found it, including returning furniture to its original layout.
• Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during office hours (9am–5pm).
• You’re welcome to decorate for your event, but no tape, nails, or pins on walls - just check with us first.
• The Proud Place is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. Discrimination, harassment or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
• All bookings and events should reflect our values of equality, inclusion and community.
