About this space
The Botanic room has its own patio doors which open directly onto our beautiful gardens, allowing plenty of natural daylight. This is our second largest function room and can hold up to 150 guests for a sit-down banquet and a maximum of 250 for buffet style. This is one of our most sought-after Banqueting Suites. The shape of the rooms allows for flexibility and a large dance floor. As with all our banqueting suites, it comes with its own private bar.

The Devonshire House, Edge Lane is located on just over 4 acres of land on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre. Due to the original features and decor on site, the site is very versatile and falls into both the older and modern categories. (Original decor, furniture is still available across a number of areas on the site). The complex consists of 3 buildings, separated by landscaped gardens.
