Party hard in privacy with the Flanagan’s experience in our upstairs room. Hire the whole floor for any event, with seating for up to 80 and a total capacity of 120 guests. This space is equipped for every occasion, from AV options, to its own private bar and music facilities to make your event truly unforgettable. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll handle the rest.

From my first enquiry about availability and options. Ann was absolutely brilliant - she advised on food, sorted out options for veggies etc and organised the DJ. She was there early to help us set up the tables and the following day was there to help us collect the things she had arranged for us to leave overnight. I had to almost physically stop her helping us take things back to our car. She made everything easy and gave us nothing to worry about. The food was great and the bar staff were very good too

Everything. Nathan and rest of the Staff looked after us all night. The food was amazing and the space was brilliant. Will definatley be booking again!
