Room was perfect size, staff pre-event were fantastic & during event were extremely helpful. Overall a really great experience
Some wires missing for the projector which meant we had to go & buy wires just before the event started which was a bit stressful

This venue is absolutely beautiful. The location and it's surroundings is also beautiful. We held our wedding here it was just perfect, the staff from reception, bar, Events Manager cannot fault them there customer service was amazing too.
Even though we knew but parking was a little difficult whilst dropping off wedding bits, you couldn't park up outside and do drop off you had to use tge multi storey across the way which resulted in multiple trips to bring through all our wedding stuff

We chose our venue during the pandemic and took a leap of faith as we were actually unable to view it in person, however this totally paid off, when we were able to visit it was even better than expected. Sophie ran through everything with us in detail and as someone who is very detail orientated this made me feel more relaxed and less like a bridezilla ha! The communication was excellent throughout and when our special day arrived everyone was very helpful! From helping us set up our room for our wedding breakfast, serving our food/drinks and the overall service from the waiting staff was incredible. We had the most amazing day! Thank You so much.

No, live bands are not permitted at the hotel because of the proximity to the bedrooms, so the venue cannot facilitate them.
