The location is in liverpool city center near the princess dock/river which made the exterior more extravagant. Entering the hotel, it gives you the feeling of comfort, luxury and class. All the staff, particularly Cristina, are very helpful, hands on and accommodating from day one until the end of the wedding ceremony. They helped with all preparations, very organized and very easy to contact. They exceeded our expectations and all the guests are amazed with the place and coordinators. The food as well is amazingly pleasant and delicious. They easily find solution to last minute changes. Overall, we are very happy with the services that even our guests said that it was perfect and they want to have an event as well in the place.
No free parking for guests, and the nearby paid parking is expensive.
