About this space

Semi-Buyout is a semi-private event space in Maranto's that occupies the restaurant's upper-level mezzanine and provides a contained seating and social area.

Design: The mezzanine combines carved wooden balustrades, a pressed-tin ceiling and a central chandelier with arched windows and angled rooflights that bring daylight into the space.

Features: A PA system and speakers are installed in the area, and venue Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are available. The space allows its own music and external DJs to bring equipment. Furniture on the mezzanine can be rearranged to create seated or standing zones.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking a relaxed, social upper-level area that supports a mix of seated dining and standing conversation.

What sets it apart: A dedicated upstairs balcony bar provides a private drinks area overlooking the main room and the street.

What guests say: The space is welcoming and set inside a building noted for its character, and service in the area is attentive and friendly.
