The Strong Room, with its Flat Screen TV, ample seating, and Darts Board is one of the great private dining spaces within The Box Leeds! Based just downstairs from the Main Bar, this room is fully exclusive for you and your guests. The perfect setup for presentations, equipped with AV access, use the Flat Screen to connect any visual and audio you need to get the team engaged.

Both of our private rooms are also kitted out with karaoke- browse over 10,000 songs and sing your heart out!

You can also add on both food and drinks packages! There are delicious food options including pizza and other nibbles, as well as drinks packages including beer, cider, wines, spirits, Prosecco or non-alcoholic options too!

Great room, nice staff and good atmosphere. Plenty of great quality food. We took some away with us to hand out to the homeless on our way to our next destination.
We did ask about a vege option prior to the event which wasn’t catered for. When asking the staff which of the items were suitable they could not tell us what everything was on the menu. We never got the cauliflower bites (which were vege) so left this person to eat chips and mac&cheese bites. We ended up having to pay for an additional pizza for her to have some more food which we were a little disappointed about.

Loved the Strong Room, the space was perfect for us! It had enough seats for everyone plus karaoke and darts when we needed them.
We had to keep going upstairs to the main bar to order drinks which was frustrating as it took time away from the event. There was a bell that said ‘ring for drinks’ on the wall, but it was more of a gimmick and didn’t actually alert any staff.

The venue was fantastic and everyone really enjoyed their time at Box. The venue was really clean and it was nice and quiet downstairs which was amazing, especially given how busy upstairs was. The food was all delicious too and the staff were really friendly.
There were some missed items on the pre-order, such as a goat cheese pizza (which someone had ordered due to lactose intolerance) and the dips. But these are all minor things, especially given how amazing the night was.
