Fairground 1 is a private Event Space in Cuckoo defined by a carnival-style central bar and bold, theatrical illumination.

Venue was quirky, good atmosphere, set up well for the party. The barman was great, polite, patient but needed more bar staff helping him.
Confusion with the bar staff over what was included in the drinks package, but resolved quickly. Not enough bar staff.

great communication all through the process. Worked with us to meet our requirements. Great on the evening well prepared and organised.
Sadly our bar person was not very pleasant. She really didn't want to be there and was snappy and unfriendly. The DJ ( agency not Cuckoos own) was also not accommodating. He would not take requests as he told us he didn't play old people music! We only wanted some 80s dancie tunes.
