Our largest space at 220sqm with lots of natural daylight, this large room can accommodate up to 300 individuals in a theatre style. The seating and desk arrangement can be altered to suit your needs. This room is also equipped with a projector, screen and flip chart if required. There are refreshments available at our on site café that provides, snacks, sweets, cold drinks, hot food and fresh coffee!

Based in Leeds, Space Hire has 7 premium rooms ranging from 11 to 220 sqm. We have the capacity to hold different types of corporate, training or networking events. Rooms are colour coordinated with natural light and air conditioning. There is an on-site café available to all. Tea and coffee available in all rooms.
