Our latest room is designed to accommodate up to 182 individuals in a theatre style. The seating and desk arrangement can be changed to suit your needs. There is a lot of space to hold a training session, large meeting, conference or examinations!
It has a tea and coffee station, air conditioning, and natural daylight. Located in the centre of our venue, and close to one of our comfy break-out areas.

Based in Leeds, Space Hire has 7 premium rooms ranging from 11 to 220 sqm. We have the capacity to hold different types of corporate, training or networking events. Rooms are colour coordinated with natural light and air conditioning. There is an on-site café available to all. Tea and coffee available in all rooms.
