Speedy response and communication when asking questions regarding the venue and updates.
The set up and layout of the room was perfect. The tables were beautifully decorated and in keeping with our theme. The staff on hand for the event were very helpful and friendly. A considerable discount for some of the guests who decided to book a room for the night. The DJ that came with the venue was friendly and engaging with the guests. The hot Christmas buffet was hot and delicious, everyone commented how lovely the food was. Having the lobby and bar to ourselves on the top floor made us feel like VIP's. I will definitely be booking the venue again for a 40th event.
The room was extremely cold on arrival for the gusts as the aircon was on, however I asked for it to be turned off until it was needed which they did. The lights on the table décor didn't all work but the bar man was happy to address the matter.
