• Guests must treat the venue, furniture, fixtures, and equipment with care and respect.

• The booking holder is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all guests attending the event.
• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and consideration shown to neighbouring properties at all times.
• Illegal activities, hazardous substances, weapons, or dangerous equipment are strictly prohibited.
• Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Decorations are welcome but must not cause damage to walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, or fixtures. No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives may be used.
• Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original positions before the end of the booking.
• Alcohol may only be consumed where legally permitted and with prior approval from the venue.
• The venue must be vacated promptly at the agreed booking end time.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry, remove guests, or terminate an event if these rules are breached.
