• No open flames unless part of a supervised workshop.
• Please respect the furniture and equipment; any damage may result in an extra charge.
• Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
• No alcohol unless agreed in advance.
• Setup and pack-down must be completed within the booking time.
• All rubbish must be placed in the provided bins before leaving.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• External catering is allowed, but guests are responsible for cleaning up food waste.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
