Please note that due to high demand we are unable to provisionally reserve any bookings.

A deposit of £250 is required to secure the booking.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Failure to pay full balances 4 weeks in advance of your event may result in cancellation of the event.

We operate an over 18's only policy. Children are not permitted within the venue.

We do not take bookings for 18th Birthday Parties, and Hen or Stag Do’s.

You are not permitted to sell tickets for an event booked at the premises.

You are not permitted to decorate the walls of the venue. Free standing balloons and table decoration are allowed

You are permitted to serve a celebration cake to your guests.

You may not provide any food or alcohol to your guests not supplied by the venue.

We reserve the right to cancel any events.

We apologise for any inconvenience; however, please note that the property does not provide disabled accessibility.

I recently had my 21st here, it was a lovely spacious and aesthetic venue at the show, they accommodated me amazingly. Especially the staff, bar staff were great, poppy was so helpful in setting up and organising beautifully and everyone there had made my night special and easy. Great value for the lovely time I had, especially with everything included, and location is so easily accessible in the centre, would definitely recommend for any function!!!

Truman’s was the most perfect place for my engagement party, the staff were so helpful and lovely to communicate with. They helped me set the space up and it was so lovely, all our guests had a great time, it’s the perfect venue for an intimate and relaxed party. Highly recommended
We struggled for a moment to get our own music to play but once we got the correct cable it worked fine. The venue had a great playlist as an alternative tho! It all worked out in the end.
