Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking.

If the deposit is not received at least 4 weeks prior to the event date, the booking will be cancelled.

For bookings that include Option Two or Additional Drinks Packages, full payment is required no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in cancellation.

A cash bar will be available once the agreed minimum spend has been reached on the night, or if Option Two has been selected.

Please note that the venue operates a strict over-18s policy. Children are not permitted under any circumstances.

We are unable to accept bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties, or for hen or stag celebrations.

Ticketed events are not permitted at the venue.

Decorations may not be attached to the walls. However, free-standing balloon displays and table decorations are welcome.

Guests are welcome to bring a celebration cake for their event.

External food or alcoholic beverages are not permitted. All catering and drinks must be provided by the venue.

Smoking is not permitted within the venue.

The Snug is a cosy room suited for birthdays, small celebrations, or casual gatherings. Private, but with the bar’s signature warmth.

The Show is a larger, flexible space ideal for parties, team socials, networking, or bespoke events. Sophisticated yet relaxed, with adaptable layouts.

Both spaces include tailored drinks packages, optional food, and dedicated staff to ensure smooth service.
