TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Provisional bookings will only be held for a maximum of 7 days. Thereafter, a deposit is required to confirm the booking.
A deposit of £250 is required to secure the booking.
Failure to pay a £250 deposit no later than 4 weeks in advance of the event will result in cancellation of the event.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Full balances for exclusive hire of The Basement must be paid 2 weeks in advance of the event.
Failure to pay the full balance 2 weeks in advance of the event will result in cancellation of the event.
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted within the venue beyond 8pm.
We do not take bookings for 18th or 21st Birthday Parties.
You are not permitted to sell tickets for an event booked at the premises.
You are not permitted to decorate the walls of the venue. Free standing balloons and table decoration are allowed
You are permitted to serve a celebration cake to your guests.
You may not provide any food or alcohol to your guests not supplied by the venue.
We reserve the right to cancel any events.

No. On Saturdays, the venue has its own DJs, who use the venue's decks.
No, the venue does not have any microphones on site and cannot confirm whether there is anything available to plug them into.
No, nude life models are not allowed because the venue is a public restaurant and the space is shared with customer toilets; an arts class is allowed, while a live singer is uncertain because it is unclear whether there are facilities to play or plug in equipment. You are welcome to view the space to see for yourself.
