The space has a TV screen, white board with markers, wifi, aircon / heating and large windows brining natural light into the room.

Flipcharts with pens can also be provided (additional £4).

Can melting pots be plugged in for a candle-making workshop?

Yes, that should not be a problem, but please note that the tables are made of wood, so it would be great if you could put a sheet underneath.

Can the room accommodate the requested seating arrangement?

Yes, that’s no problem at all. If extra chairs are needed, these can be arranged from the café area.

Do the meeting room windows open?

Yes, they open with a tilt mechanism, so the room can be well ventilated. Air conditioning is also available should you wish to use it.

Does the room have a TV with HDMI connectivity?

Yes. The room has a TV screen that can connect to a device via HDMI. A USB-C-to-HDMI or HDMI-to-HDMI cable is provided, although guests are also welcome to bring their own.

Is a flipchart available?

Yes, a flipchart will be available if needed.
