About this space

A compact apartment that preserves a domestic, home-like character rather than feeling like a commercial event space.

Design: The interior uses a minimal modern palette: white-painted walls, marble surfaces, smooth concrete floors, simple timber fittings, pendant lights and sparse planted accents that create an uncluttered, neutral backdrop.

Features: The apartment has Wi-Fi and permits guests to play their own music subject to a noise restriction. The open plan layout provides a clear area suitable as a dancefloor. The space includes a marble-topped washbasin, surface areas for staging and solid flooring suited to standing use.

Ideal for: Small social groups or creative teams seeking an intimate, relaxed, home-like setting for mingling, informal seated chats and light dancing.
