YARD is our spacious outdoor area that greets visitors after they pass through the customer entrance. Welcoming you with its vibrant atmosphere and open-air charm, YARD is the perfect place to start any event with a warm and inviting ambiance. Here, you’ll find an engaging space that encourages social interaction and relaxation.
Adorned with street art courtesy of Bristol’s best creatives, YARD typically houses mobile street food traders for catered events. While this area is often used in conjunction with FACILITY or RECORD, it can be hired out as a standalone event space.

Every event is subject to a contract.
With 50% deposit to guarantee your booking and the remaining 50% 2 weeks before the event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
