About this space

A dedicated event venue centred on an open floor plan, giving hosts scope to adapt the room between formal and social parts of a gathering.

Design: Exposed brick walls, steel columns and an unfinished ceiling create a raw industrial interior. Tall windows bring daylight into the room, while the generous proportions suit structured layouts and open movement.

Features: A PA system and speakers support announcements, presentations and background music. The venue includes a dance floor, permits guests to play their own music and provides accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups planning a structured gathering that can shift from seated presentations to relaxed standing socialising.

What sets it apart: The room combines a presentation-ready layout with a dedicated dance floor, allowing formal and social parts of a gathering to take place in one space.
