Room 09 or 'The Lounge' is one of our largest music practice rooms here at Factory Studios and is a popular choice with larger bands or those needing a little extra space.

This room comes tethered with Room 11 (Control Room) when booked for recording, an adjoining space with a high-spec recording setup perfect for getting those songs and compositions down and ready to share with your fans.

The fully soundproofed and acoustically treated 82m2 studio is equipped with a 6m x 4m infinity and green screen curved wall making a great space for capturing creativity. We also have podcast studios, audio recording studios, music practice rooms, pre production studios, and DJ rooms.
